The Fresno Westside MAD is selling the following property by bid:
Property Description: 2385 ‘N’ Street
Firebaugh, CA 93622-2474, APN 007-080-32T: 10.82 Acres, Zoned C-3,
Asking Price: $ 1,380,000
Restrictions: For Commercial Development, Intended Use Documentation Suggested.
Procedure: All bids should emailed to creis@fesnowestmosquito.com or mailed/dropped off at the district office, 2555 N Street Firebaugh, CA 93622. All bids must be submitted by Nov. 7th at 2:30 pm. Bids will be opened at the Nov. 8th Regular Board Meeting. The Board may select the highest responsive bidder or reject all bids. If a bid is selected at this time, the District will initiate negotiation of a purchase agreement with the highest responsive bidder. Final terms of the sale will be determined as part of this process.
